Make a difference as a volunteer

Would you like to make a meaningful impact on workplace health and safety in Canada? Can you give your time and skills to help support individuals affected by workplace tragedy? Consider volunteering with Threads of Life.

Several people gathered together in a lush green field, enjoying a sunny day outdoors. They are all wearing Threads of Life vests or T-shirts indicating they are volunteers.

Volunteers are central to who we are

Volunteers are the heart and soul of Threads of Life programming — they make our work possible! Our volunteers share their stories to help raise awareness and prevent future tragedies, plan and help out at events, directly support people affected by workplace injury, illness or death, and more.

Volunteer opportunities

Threads of Life offers a number of volunteer opportunities for both individuals and groups. You can:

  • Help with events such as Steps for Life walks and trade shows.
  • Share your story as a speakers bureau volunteer.
