This four-part monthly music therapy series offers a gentle and supportive space for individuals who have been impacted by workplace incidents or loss. Together, we’ll use music to nurture coping skills, share in moments of connection, and reflect on experiences of resilience, support, and belonging. Each session offers opportunities to listen, create, and share in ways that feel comfortable for you. No musical experience is required — just an openness to explore how music can support healing, connection, and hope.
