Donate your Shoppers Drug Mart Points!
 By donating some or all of your Shoppers Optimum Points® to Threads of Life (listed as Association for Workplace Tragedy Family Support) with Shoppers Drug Mart, you are enabling Threads of Life to use your points toward the purchase of products and supplies they need for their day-to-day activities and ongoing fundraising events.
Charitable Receipts
If you made a donation to Threads of Life in the
amount of $20 or more after March 21, 2008 and would like
a tax receipt sent to you by mail, please send us by email
(carin@threadsoflife.ca)
or call:
- your contact
information, phone number and full mailing
address
- the method of payment you used (cash or cheque)
- and the event (Steps for Life, yearly donation, or
other)

If
you made a donation in the amount of $20
or more to support the Steps for Life walk on May
2, 2010, a charitable receipt will be sent out
starting September 2010. If
you do not receive a receipt, please send carin@threadsoflife.ca your name, address,
amount, the name of the walker you sponsored and whether
you paid by cash or cheque.
Receipts for donations (of $20 or more) for the
2009 Steps for Life Walk
can be requested until April 30th, 2010. Full
name, home address, postal code, and community walked in
must be provided.
